The models aren’t just fashion and beauty influencers and entrepreneurs—they’re also famous besties, and they paid homage to another set of iconic BFFs with their clever Halloween costume. All they needed to bring it to life was a set of blonde wigs!
Jenner and Bieber channeled their inner Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie for their BFF costume, recreating the intro looks from the pair’s 2000s reality show The Simple Life in a set of matching blonde wigs. Bieber played the role of Richie in golden blonde hair with a dark root, styled straight with a few layers and falling past her collarbone to brush her overalls. The Rhode founder wore lots of black eyeliner on both her upper and lower lashlines, plus a swipe of pink lip gloss. Though Bieber was blonde when she first hit the runways back in the mid-2010s, she’s been a proud member of Team Brunette for many years now, and we almost forgot what she looked like with blonde hair!
Jenner, on the other hand, was the Paris of the duo; though the model did actually go blonde in September during NYFW, her hair was noticeably longer for her role as the socialite, though it’s a similar buttery tone as her actual hair. Her hair was parted to one side with the side bangs tucked behind an ear, and, true to the trend of time, was styled straight. (We were all about the flat iron back in the Simple Life days.) Jenner wore her blush concentrated right at the top of her cheekbones, minimal eye makeup, and the same pink lip gloss as Bieber.
The faithful recreation and cheeky video got Hilton’s approval; she commented on Bieber’s TikTok, saying, “Icons recognize icons. Obsessed with this!” Richie shared their video to her Instagram Stories with a simple “I am obsessed.” Um, same.
