This move is also reportedly driven by their growing dissatisfaction with life in the United States. Adding pressure to their situation are legal challenges, including Harry’s uncertain immigration status. Trump had previously threatened to “deport” Harry over visa issues, and the Duke’s drug use admissions in his memoir Spare could jeopardize his US visa.
